Model J Hotel Jakarta Soekarno - Hatta Airport 曼居酒店 雅加达苏加诺哈达机场店

The hotel was new and clean. I really appreciate that my room was upgraded and free shuttle service from and to airport (Betterwood membership). Really appreciate the laundry service as well.

No robe provided (they said unless I book the biggest room, they don't provide it). No phone at the room (you can scan the barcode inside the room using betterwood app instead but I think got replied by AI so if you need something you have to go down to the concierge to ask). No room service so if you need lunch or dinner you have to order using Grab/Gojek or go outside.

It’s close to the airport and they are extremely friendly and staff all speak English very nice for me as a American. Some notable staff are Riyan, Rahmat, Aby, and dava They have helped me from tech issues on the TV (connecting my ps5 to the TV) to requesting a shuttle and knowledge about the area and where to to go super helpful every one was helpful but the ones above I have spent time with and have been extra kind to me and other guests.
