Ocean View with hot tub

Amazing view and location, good privacy and extremely cosy. Had everything you need, we’ll definitely be back again in the future. Thankyou so much.

The actual property and stay itself was awesome so I have nothing bad to say about it but if I had to be picky, the lane up to the cabin is a bit of a rough drive (completely out of the owners control). However perfectly doable!

The pod is in a stunning location and exceptionally clean. The hot tub is lovely. The hosts are very helpful and quick to reply.

Peaceful location. Spotlessly clean. Good use of space in the pod. Nice touch supplying teabags, coffee & milk. Good supply of towels. Bed was very comfortable. Hot tub very pleasant to use. Comfy chairs outside the pod. Clear concise instructions from the owner made it a very easy check in.

Couldn’t turn the hot tub off so a low humming noise interrupted our sleep, as the area is quiet the hum was very noticeable, tried turning it off but after a short while it kicked back in! Very steep climb to the accommodation do not recommend walking it!

The location , the hot tub , the sun loungers , the tranquility of our stay. The pod was excellent for what we needed.

The view from the decking when using the sun loungers and when using the hot tub was blocked by the mound and bushes in front so couldn't fully enjoy the panaramic views of the lovely ocean whilst using them.

We booked this stay primarily because of the advertised “sea view”, and at £340 for two nights, it’s certainly not a budget getaway. However, we decided to treat ourselves based on the beautiful sea view shown in the listing photos. Unfortunately, the reality was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we couldn’t see the sea at all due to the completely overgrown grass and lack of maintenance. What was described as a scenic view turned out to be nothing more than an untidy area full of weeds and bushes. The “viewing” chairs looked out onto this mess — not the coast. In four years of glamping and travel experiences, this has been the most underwhelming and misleading stay. The disappointment wasn’t just the view. They advise you to bring your own torch and toilet paper, which felt unwelcoming right from the start. The pod coffee machine had no pods provided, and there were only two mismatched mugs — just a number of small but significant things that showed a lack of attention to guest comfort. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write this as a warning to others. Please do not be misled by the photos — this is not a sea view stay. To the owners: it would be more honest to describe this as an “overgrown grass view” instead. I have added few photos to show you how scenic this was

I liked where it was situated

On arrival black rubbish bags left outside pod, hot tub not been cleaned didn't really realise untill using It properly when all things started coming to the top, coffee machine not been emptied of used pods, mop and bucket stored under bed which may explain flies in pod all day and night and kept buzzing around and landing on you when trying to sleep 😞 in my opinion not worth the money ( not taken that many pics of all this but wish I did )
