LOFT en zona Puerto Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Very quiet, very local, good whats app communication once I arrived. Most furniture is high standard, good firm mattrass, strong shower upstairs, lots of space, lovely terrace (reasonably private), bars and small shops closeby.

Confirmation of booking earlier (not just on the same day of arrival) would be good, some bottled not tab water on arrival would be appreciated

The accommodation was a good size and the roof terrace was good for breakfast.

The property is a long walk from the beach and restaurants. There are 32 steps in the property from ground floor to bedroom so fitness is essential!

The apartment was spacious, modern and nicely decorated. We also liked the location in the middle of local life.The bed and linens were of high quality. Checking in was easy with the code lock and communication worked without any problems. The terrace was a nice bonus, even if without the view.

The kitchen downstairs was a little bit uninviting as there were no windows.

Perfect position, amazing loft with every comfort. The terrace with the shower is a plus! I love the isleta and this is near confital and canteras. I higly reccomend this b&b

The bed was comfy and the upper terrace is really private, I liked it. Lots of towels. The TV is huge. The street was quiet except one night when a Spanish couple decided to chat at 3 am. The Spar supermarket is around the corner, but the choice and quality of the products are limited; I’d rather choose another one. Parking was easy to find on adjacent streets. I recommend renting small-sized cars to explore the island.

The kitchen is downstairs and sometimes it was annoying to forget something when you are already on the 3rd floor :) It’s a great everyday workout, but not for everyone, I guess. Beware of the small termites and keep all food in the fridge. Also, once there was not enough hot water in the shower, I suppose because the water heater is not spacious. The central part is a 20-minute walk away.

Everything was really good, the location is great - close to the beach but not in the middle of all the noise and stuff. Enough towels and other stuff. Good amenities, shop nearby. The terrace with a shower is pretty cool too.

There were some technical issues with the flat - like the fire alarm turning on for no reason several times, and turning on the oven caused blackout - but I hope it's just because it's new and it will be fixed. A bit of insect party in the kitchen, so it's important to keep it super clean at all times. Other than that, all pretty good.

There were 2 floors between the kitchen and the rest of the apartment so eating there is not very comfortable.
