Luxury Naples 4br W Pool Near Vanderbilt Beach

Wonderfully light, modern and airy home, with lots of space for a family of 4. The pool is a good size and we could walk to restaurants and Wholefoods. Vanderbilt Beach is also nearby. Great location with a large sized garage

There was a house being built the other side of the pool during our stay so we didn’t have as much privacy in the pool area as we would have liked. Would have liked to have been informed of this prior to our stay. Also the outdoor bins were overflowing when we arrived and washing was left in the washing machine which we had to dry. A bit more attention to detail would have been good

Only four of us so lots of space and everything done to a high quality. Three nice bathrooms. Bedrooms give flexibility to sleep 8 with ease. All kitchen equipment, washing machines etc of a high quality and most of the little basic items are already provided which is really convenient. Pool was a decent size and depth. We were there in late April and the pool was fine without heating. A good outside BBQ area. A few bits and pieces( in the garage) for the beach. Location was great as it was easy to get to lots of shops/ restaurants and was a very short drive to a nice beach.

Whilst the pool was great there isn't much room for anything else. No outside dining table (although the table inside is huge). Only 2 sun loungers and no cushions provided.

What a amazing place; very big, real clean and wonderfully decorated. It’s a high end house and has all the good comfort as you have (or would have) at your own home. Inside and outside. We loved the quite and friendly neighborhood with the beach at walking distance. Contact with accommodation was very good we had a perfect stay with our kids for our 25th anniversary.

The only thing we missed was more water pressure in the bathrooms. There’s a beautiful shower but not enough water. But really that was our only negative.
