the only thing i liked is the location

i saw the pictures on booking so i had a good expectation but when we arrived it felt like nothing on the pictures , they clearly had old photos everything was old and worn out , the bathroom was the worst , yellow and dirty ,the tv didn’t work ,the safety box got stuck with our stuff in it , there is no elevator we had to take our luggage through the stairs,and i chose piscine view but from where i was i saw only trees and a roof no view at all… we tried to talk to the stuff about it but they were soo rude . even the manager was not helpful she didn’t offer any help or solution, we had to stay there for two days . we felt stuck

The staff are amazing here very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool is so good it actually has a deep end which we noticed some places are only to chest height in deepest part. Definitely book upstairs or pool side for quiet from street. But couldn’t fault the place and again staff are the heart of coconut village super friendly and kind. Market is only a block away 2 minute walk great massages great central location close to everything but good walking distance from Bangla road.
