Modern home close to Airport, City and Beaches

The location was great. Not too far from Dublin City Center. Quaint and quiet neighborhood. The accommodations were comfortable and a good amount of space. The hosts were responsive to questions/concerns. The photographs are accurate. I would add key information that the renter is not able to control heat, heated towel racks, and hot water is timed.

It was a little difficult finding as the streets are named in blocks, not the entire street. We also didn't like the lack of control over heat and hot water. The house was cold upon arrival. We were told that the temperature was controlled via an app by the host. It was kept on average between 21 - 22 degrees Celsius. At times, our elderly father had to keep his jacket and hat on, which was disappointing. Also, the hot water was on for one hour in the early morning and one hour in early evening. As this was our vacation, the last thing we wanted was to get up early and "punch a clock." After one of the elderly guests had to take a cold shower because we opted to rise at 11 am, I contacted the host, which adjusted the hot water timing so it would come on later in the morning. However, the heated towel racks only came on at certain times (the early morning/evening hour), which was a bummer for us. One of the perks we liked was the heated towel rack, which we experienced in France (which was self controlled). We never dreamed we would have to work around our paid comfort to accommodate a hot water schedule. After the water adjustment, it was ok. However, we were still chilly in the evenings before retiring to bed.

Family group enjoyed the local area away from tourist zone. We enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen, playing games and backyard.
