Near the sea Las Arenas

Really lovely apartment in a fab location. The bed and furniture were comfortable. We had sun on our balcony for the majority of the day and could watch the sunset in the evening. The pool was beautiful, unheated but we braved it anyway. Claudio was our contact and he was so helpful and friendly. Not a problem but only thing we found was that the shower cubicle is small so be careful not to knock the tap by your legs (it controls temperature) but perfectly usable. Would happily book again in the future.

Nice location and had everything we needed for our 2 weeks stay. We had a wonderful time.

The showerhead needs changing. It was cracked and didn't stay in place.

The location was great, close to the sea (down steps or 2 elevators) and a lovely walk on the promenade. The added bonus of providing a washing machine is required as there is no cleaning/ fresh towels/sheets for the week. There is washing up liquid/sponge/cloth provided which was great. The shop is nearby within 5 minutes walk to purchase your supplies such as laundry detergent, toilet rolls etc. Good supply of crockery with some seasoning products. Bed is comfortable and a super size. Softer sun-loungers are located in the balcony for sunbathing as the direct sun is there in the afternoon. There is also a blind/shade that can be utilised whilst in the balcony which is very useful. Good communication with the host prior to arrival and the late check out was excellent.

The water can be very hot so be careful. No air conditioning however depending on what time of the year you visit it may not be necessary. There is a fan provided.
