Comfortable beds, clean. Close to the city.

Blinds would be worthwhile on the top of the bedroom windows - it is quite light at night.

Lovely modern townhouse, well equipped with all home comforts.

Location was quite noisy at night compared with what we are used to.

Great central location. A warm and spacious apartment, comfortable and well appointed. Kate was super easy to deal with and it was great to be able to have my son's pooch stay. Happy to recommend Urban Nest.

Maybe a little more milk for tea and coffees. But that's a small thing.

The place was spotless and well presented. Beds were comfy, bedding immaculate. Easy walk to cbd. Would be great place to stay to attend an event at new stadium. Enjoyed our short stay. Nearly everything you need is there. Parking is tight, need to show off your reversing skills.

Host was very quick to reply to any questions, house was clean and very comfortable.

Garage doesn’t fit a large car (Ford Everest), but we were able to find free street parking.

It's located closer to the city centre. Kitchen was well-maintained and clean.

I'm sorry but the windows on both rooms of this town-house aren't covered fully with curtains. The windows have two parts, rectangle and a large triangle above it, while there are blinds on the rectangular part, the large triangle part of the window is glass-only without any blind/curtain coverage, which meant you'll lose sleep all nights because of external lights in the second room and from early morning if slept in the main bedroom. It would be great if the owner addressed these issues. Parking info should be better explained as it's a townhouse only and I can understand it has narrow one-car garage. I acknowledge we were told the garage shutter needs to be checked to ensure it's doesn't touch the car while closing, but if you have a little longer car, like my Carnival, it doesn't fit in the garage with the existing stuffs already in there in the back and the parking lots across the garage entrance means there might not be enough space for a little longer car to turn or drive out. It's a busy street, so we needed to find parking spot somewhere little farther from the property. I know there is not a fix to this but better info would have helped.
