Great location. A short stroll to the city centre. The apartment is modern and fresh. The hosts are welcoming.

Close to city, clean and stylish

Needs a proper ironing board. Stairs were quite steep.

Clear instructions for arrival - keypad entry codes and property location on complex. Garage was great and a good size for our SUV. Our family required the two single beds which were set up as requested. The property was new, clean and just as pictured. Location was very central to Christchurch CBD which was easy walking distance. Well appointed kitchen. Clear instructions for property facilities (except for laundering- see below). Quiet property. Comfortable heating. Nice courtyard.

There was a clothers washer/drier machine - but I missed the exclusion of the drying function in the listed facilities. The washing function was also faulty. Left the load dripping wet and soapy. Much time was wasted reading the manual trying to get the unit to work before I contacted the host, who informed me that the machine was new but the drying function was faulty and to be repaired. Hopefully the washer/drier is fully fixed by now.

Very clean and comfortable, secure parking was handy.

Only one towel and wash cloth provided for 4 night stay, would have been good to have another one. No handsoap in kitchen and no coffee capsules for nespresso machine. Minor things really.

Well presented, clean, comfortable, warm, convenient, safe city haven. Townhouse style accommodation with internal access garage.

Minor issue - the triangular windows in both bedrooms that streamed daylight in. Great during the day, not so much at night trying to get a toddler to sleep or in the morning when you want to have a lie in.

New and nicely furnished townhouse with comfortable beds, great showers and well stocked kitchen. Easy to access with key codes, owner very responsive. Immaculately clean.

Garage is a little tricky to drive in to ( but great to have secure off-street parking )
