"I had not realised that the ‘cleaning fee’ was almost as much as the room cost. Soo expensive."

"It was great for the couple days that we were in town but parking was difficult since it was only street available."

"The best stay I’ve had in Phoenix"

It was clean. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was so nice and it was just in a perfect place for everything that we wanted to do while we were there.

"Perfect place to stay in Phoenix!"

I loved everything there. It is a medium size studio with everything in the suite. It is located a walking distance from the rail so it is perfect for those who need to use public transportation. The surroundings are nice and clean. The pool was also perfect to cool off.

The noise that the building AC makes. I am a light sleeper so I woke up a few times because of it, but nothing serious, it is NOT a big deal. The unit is perfect!
