DEThe apartment is really not missing a lot, you basically have all the kitchen equipment. It's location is very good (close to the highway and easy parking)
Beware the water pump is only 30l. That's basically hot water for just 1 person. If you travel as a couple, you need to shower together else one person will shower with cold water since the pump needs a lot of time to heat another 30l...also there's no vacuum cleaner which would ease the cleaning during longer stays
