De locatie was goed. Er hing een fijne sfeer in het hostel. De medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid. De kamer was fijn en rustig. Het was schoon.

Great breakfast, very clean, great location

Super friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, the room was spot on clean and nice, and the hotel has a lovely rooftop terrace. The location is super central. 10/10 would come again!!

Unfassbar nettes Personal das sich anfühlte wie eine Familie, wie nahmen uns herzlich auf halfen uns bei jeglichen Problemen und kümmerten sich herzlich. Eine Herzensempfehlung und ein großes Dankeschön an alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter dort 🥰

Breakfast in this hostel is a highlight: from the lovely friendly staff that take time to ask your name as they serve breakfast, to the sheer quantity and quality of food, to then eating breakfast on the roof terrace and catching a glimpse of a volcano puffing in the distance - very hard to beat.

If you are staying in the downstairs room overlooking the courtyard (where breakfast is served) maybe bring a pair of earplugs if you want to sleep past 7am.

Great breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful—arranged airport transfer. Beautiful garden and common spaces. Near to but not right in the plaza / tourist center. Loved the area—lots of restaurants and small businesses.
