Just the location

I did not like the fact that first of all, I made a reservation, called the hotel to confirm and they said I could come in and pay on arrival. Unfortunately on the day of my intended stay, my reserved room category was given to someone else (though the hotel claimed they called me to reconfirm). I had to pay for a higher room category. Now this higher room category, water did not run throughout my stay as they were working on the water facilities (they had to provide water with a bucket as needed).

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The cable TV didn't work, and, most frustratingly, there was no internet. I had booked and paid for four nights, but after two nights, I couldn't tolerate it any longer. The room started to feel like a prison without TV or internet. Despite my complaints, there was no solution to the internet issue, so I requested to check out early. The management then offered me an upgrade to a Deluxe room, which I accepted in hopes of a better experience. Unfortunately, the problems persisted. While the Deluxe room had a Smart TV, it was useless without internet access. Eventually, a router was brought to my room, which somewhat resolved the issue. As for breakfast, I was served two slices of bread, an omelette, and a cup of coffee for the first two days. I insisted for something different on the third and fourth days, when they confirmed that they would be serving the same breakfast again. If you're looking for a quiet place with just a bed and air conditioning, this hotel may be fine. However, if you need reliable internet or any other amenities, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Don't stay here if you have work to do or anything that requires a stable internet connection, unless you're relying on your own mobile data. In short, this hotel is a waste of time and money. You really have to ask for everything you paid for, don't expect to get it without asking. I had to ask for even basic things like a towel.

Same review as last time. A great place with good value for money. Food is 100% good. Breakfast was nice. It is situated in a very nice estate. It is very neat. The staff are really nice. Their pool is big, clean and well maintained.

I love everything about the apartment and the services were top notch

Best Value for money, The location is nice. Friendly staff from the security guard at the gate to the wonderful receptionist, the chef, the guy in charge of the swimming pool. Wonderful staff, Nice structure and excellent value for money.
