"városközponti hotel, apróbb javítandókkal"

A szálloda a városközpontban van, minden kényelmes gyalogos távolságra elérhető. A tartózkodásunk alatt rendezték meg a Harghita Rally-t, de ez sem volt zavaró, a szobák ablakai kiválóan hangszigeteltek!! A hotel legfelső szintjén Sky bar van kialakítva, csodás a panoráma, személyzet kedves és finomak a pizzák. A hotel Spa szépen kialakított, elegáns, azonban nem minden szolgáltatás érhető el ( a szaunák közül csak az egyik szauna üzemelt és a gőzfürdő egyáltalan nem üzemelt). A parkolás rendben volt, zárt udvarban lehet parkolni. Szobákba vízforraló, pipere bekészítés. Napi takarítás, nagyon kedves a takarítóhölgy, tisztaság volt.

A reggeli nagyon szerény kinálatú, a feltálalt zöldségek ( 3 féle) nem voltak frissek, összességében a teljes kínálat 2 reggelizés után már unalmas, a felszolgáló fiatal fiú unottan csoszog 1-1 tányérral ide-oda.. Ezen bőven van mit javítani. A szobákhoz nem jár fürdőköpeny, amit a recepción kell külön kérni, 20 Lei összegért, melyet előzetesen sehol nem tüntettek fel.
