We arrived at 11pm only to find we didn't actually have a booking. Despite having a confirmation from Booking.com I was told I couldn't have booked it as it is no longer available for rent. He cancelled my booking on the spot, leaving me to find an alternative late at night.

Overall a comfortable accommodation. It was well equipped with all the necessities, especially the kitchen. The heating in the small room and the bathroom is excellent. The entire house is rather clean and cozy. Loved the concept of patio made dining area. The host was gracious and swift in reply to help us get out of the cold very quickly. There was some miscommunication from the website but he cleared it up and offered to look into the issue as well.

There was a stain found on the rug. There was also a few grains of dried rice in the bedsheet. The master bedroom heating turned off halfway through the night. The heat lever in the bathroom couldn't be adjusted. The water was hot enough, perhaps a bit too hot. It'll be nice to have a hairdryer available as well.

It was very comfortable and felt a lot like home. The host was lovely and was helpful. Me and my partner had a lovely stay

There was a huge stain on the living room carpet, and some marks on the walls, which could be changed and sorted, the sofa wasn’t exactly that comfortable but we made do with it.

Location Spacious Relatively clean

We had a little hitch in getting the right lock box code but when we rang the contact number they answered straight away and gave us the correct code. This lovely little home is in an excellent spot. Minutes away from Manchester Airport and the local Whythenshawe shops. There are numerous of options to catch buses and trams. A very good base to start off from.

Would have liked a guest guide book, giving info on local services and wifi password. Towel for every room please.

The property was very clean, the owners were fast at responding, the location is great as it’s very close to the airport.

Confirmed as a last minute booking. When there was a double booking, they were straight onto booking.com to organise a refund
