Staff were so kind and they spoke English. I arrived there 8 am but they already finished to prepare my room and allowed me check in. Maybe it depends on the cases, but I was so glad that I could take a rest before sightseeing. They also provided day-trip tour to castles (Ayaz Kala etc…). I booked it and it was a great experience

All about it was great,i was even invited to the wwdding of a member of the family running the hotel,couldnt have chosen a better place

I have never seen worse bathroom that the one in this hotel and I have been to Chernobyl.

Good location in the old town walls. The room had a fridge, kettle, table, and chair. There is a shared balcony for sitting outside. Helpful, professional staff. Casual vibes but professionally run.Free drinking water, good, varied, breakfasts.

Everything was functional but old and needing renovation. For example, low water pressure, noisy old fridge, weak wifi. So, it seemed a little bit overpriced. Some confusion about taxi from Urgench - confirmed (as free) but never showed up.

Comfortable air conditioned room in the heart of the walled city. Tasty breakfast. Onward transport arranged by the hotel manager to Nukus via a trip to 4 castles. They also arranged a trip to Moynaq for me from my hotel in Nukus.

The manager helped me a lot. Thank you for all you did!
