Isla Verde by the Beach

It was in a good location for a good value.

This property was advertised as having a private pool. By no means was the pool private, and was shared with several large parties. Secondly, the bathroom had a window with zero coverings where everyone from the public pool can clearly and easily see into the bathroom. I was absolutely shocked the first day when I was taking a shower, and all of a sudden saw a child outside the bathroom window. I wish I knew this pool was accessible to others and that the bathroom had no privacy. That was completely inappropriate and I am very disappointed of the lack of privacy despite the advertisement clearly stating this included a private pool.

Location was good. We had a rental car and traveled to new places each day. Pool was the best

Nothing provided to assist with cleaning up the kitchen- could use some paper towels and cleaning spray. Also no spoons at the house.

The location, the space of the property!

The neighbors! They fussed, cursed, argued half the night every night.

Location, price to value, restaurants in a walking proximity, as well as a big supermarket.

House has only one bathroom. Kitchen needs an upgrade.

The pool and patio area was beautiful. It was nice and peaceful during the week days and night. It was clean and located perfect for what we were doing.

The room we stayed in was perfect there were a few concerns. 1. The shelf on the wall in the bedroom was so slanted that the drawers opened on their own and things fell off the top shelf looked like it was going to fall off the wall. There is windows behind the bed towards ceiling that if someone is in the back parking lot of the bank they can see directly into your bedroom at night and there is no privacy shades or way to cover them. And the bathroom is pool side and if you are taking a shower at night and someone walks into the pool area they can see directly into your shower there is nothing to cover the window or the entrance to your shower. White dust from ceiling coming down from corner of ceiling in bathroom above toilet. And the shower head is awful, although trendy to have a large shower head like that half of the nozzles no water comes out and makes the water pressure very weak and very hard to wash your hair also you either get freezing cold water or burning hot no in between.

According to Booking this would cost me 104 USD for the night, but at the end I had to pay over 200 USD. The apartment and location is great but the booking system is not OK.

Everything was perfect, the pool was a bonus.

It get really noisy at night

Location was great. Not too far from the airport just a block off of the beach and I rented to bicycle for the two weeks I was there and old San Juan was only a 7 mile ride away. The swimming pool was great to soak in after a long ride.

I understand the cost of electricity and all, but it was annoying, having the air conditioners set on a motion detector
