The Apartment was in a great location within walking distance of Mall of Asia there was plenty of options for places to eat were the entrance is there is a Alpha mart to pick up some essentials depending your choice of transport you can get a jeepney just out side to take you to EDSA ( Train Station ) or go to the Mall of Asia to get a bus

1. Bad location, not walkable to MOA, too few eateries within walking distance, ended up eating in a convenience store nearby when I first arrived & hungry. 2. Bldg has no Wi-Fi, only inside the unit. Cell reception very bad, have to walk out of the bldg to order grab. 3. Please confirm reservation & charge credit card ONLY after the customer is inside the unit. Had a hard time registering, took countless times of phone calls to host (who turns out to be the one cleaning the unit). Property phone # listed on BOOKINGS.Com never answered. When said host finally answered she said her cell had low battery & that I couldn't register until check in time of 3pm. When she finally took me to the unit @ 3pm, it still had to be cleaned. 4. I don't know why I expected toiletries like all other rentals, but there were NONE in this unit. 5. Hot shower was lukewarm at best, after I figured out how to operate it. No instruction at all. 6. Bldg security not helpful at all. Only doormen and desk person were helpful. 7. Hard time registering a guest. It took several calls to property phone # to get a rep to the property to register guest. I can honestly say that I will never stay in this shore reaidence tower C1 ever again.

Walkable to restaurants. Got the room with a view of the pool down below (requested and paid for).

1) the host took a long time to answer or doesn’t respond at times. Had to remind them once why they’re not answering 2) the host didn’t respond to the problems that was found in the condo ie, shower seat is broken that it moves constantly when used, the water heater tubing was spraying in 3 directions, and finally we found 3-4 small cockroaches (or more that we weren’t able to get hold of) that we had to get rid of.

Nice apartment in a good location. Comfortable and clean.
