Virly’z Top View Resort

We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food, wine and coffee was all excellent and served with care and attentiveness. The infinity pool (and the view from it) was stunning and the poolside furniture was very comfortable (especially the reclining rocking chairs) . Our hosts were very helpful and kind. We hope to stay again soon.

Virlys was a exceptional resort to stay. Owners are super nice and helpful. Views of the ocean and from the pool were awsome. Owners dogs were very friendly once they get to know you and playful. My gf was afraid at first since their big but warmed up to them fast. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and filling. Can't recommend this resort enough. Pure delight to stay here.

It was a hike from the bottom of the hill to the resort but by day two we were hoofing it better. Beware the local trike drivers. Some are honest and reasonable on the trike fare into town and to the beachs. But if your a foreigner like me they try to stiff you on the fare. Marvin was a good driver new white trike. Fare from Poro to beachs in San Francisco island should run 300-350 per person. Some tried to charge 500 per person. (Nothing to do with Virlys resort, just be aware of the transportation issue since Poro is far from the main beachs... recommend you rent a Scooter).

Big property, super clean and very private . Virly’s cooking is amazing as well! And Xavi attention to detail is perfect. they were both so welcoming and arranged and suggested everything we need it. it was very special to stay there. the family room we stayed in was very spacious as well

-Infinity swimming pool -Bed comfortable -Shower is hot and the water pressure very good -Space for clothes -Breakfast included (choice between rice or bread, good) -Peaceful and calm -The owner arrange us, we booked 3 nights but we asked to change for 2 nights instead because we wanted to cook and they agreed to cancel the third night, very appreciable :) -Friendly owner

-Wifi is a very bad connection (almost everywhere in Camotes island) -We wanted to cook in the garden but couldn't cook unfortunately

Beautiful place with an extraordinary view, lovely owners, Virly's food skills are amazing, Xavi is very welcoming and so are the dogs😊 Very reasonable price, will definitely come back😁

Fabulous pool, great friendly hosts. We arrived late in the dark on bicycles and a lovely dinner was waiting for us.

The place was very beautiful, the view from the big pool was really a top view of the sea , the owner is very friendly and helpful, he actually helped us many times, the breakfast was big and delicious, also a quiet place just on a hill away from the stress , definitely high recommended 🥰

Hotel was beyond expectation.... owners were friendly... the pool and views were amazing. Located on top of a cliff so sunsets were great. Very clean and modern, staff and owners were always doing something on property.
