RUThe view was nice and the bathtub is a must for cold Dalat nights
- We didn't like breakfast at all, there were no eggs! Very vietnamese style, we had to go to another place for breakfast. - The walls are very thin, we were waking up to some children running and playing in the hall. Also you hear every cough made by your neighbors. - The rooms are very cold at night. - I booked a room where there was a view right from the bathtub, but they gave me a room with no window near the bathtub. - The TV is very old, no Netflix. - I booked a room with the balcony, but balconies are too close with the neighbors, no privacy.

Dirty towels, no trash bin in the room, no fridge, heater doesnt work, no seats at the balcony, no restroom at the breakfast bufffet.

Light in the lobby was down most of the time makes the arrival unwelcoming. That said the staff was very attentive and they really are a great team.
