Molto carino questo appartamento, posizione molto comoda

C'è stato un problema, purtroppo non indifferente: bon c'è stata acqua (nemmeno per il wc) per una giornata intera. La situazione si è risolta da sola dopo un giorno, ma nel mentre non si è presentato nessuno per aiutarci e portarci magari dei secchi di acqua per scaricare lo sciacquone. Siamo dovute andare via un giorno prima per paura di non avere più acqua Non è stata colpa dell'host ma la situazione poteva essere gestita in maniera migliore

Posizione centrale e con vari servizi. Ringraziamo l'inquilino del piano di sotto che, anche se non era sua responsabilità, ci ha aiutato a ripristinare l'acqua, diversamente non avremmo saputo come fare perché lo staff è stato assente nonostante le segnalazioni (QUINDI PRENOTATE DA LUI!!!). C'è un buon supermercato vicino e il tram28 davanti a casa.

Posizione comoda ma in un quartiere di spaccio e pericoloso. Valutate la.scelta prima di prenotare. Poi personalmente non ho avuto problemi ma abbiamo assistito a scippi dalla finestra e appostamenti. Un po' rumoroso notte perché spesso gira la polizia. Abbiamo avuto per un giorno intero problemi con l'acqua che non andava e il personale è stato assente, oltretutto dicendo alla fine che avevamo sbagliato a scrivere il problema e avevano capito male (mancava per un giorno completamente l'acqua, siamo dovute uscire di casa per usare il bagno perché non andava nemmeno lo sciacquone!!!! Ci ha aiutate il vicino di casa che fortunatamente era li)

The property was located in a good area, it is a little rough around the edges. But that didn’t stop us enjoying age time there. The stairs to get to the property are very steep. Only issues was the blinds in the main room don’t go down and are all mouldy, there is a tv but can’t really watch anything on it (need to invest in a smart tv). We was lucky enough to get in an hour earlier the staff are very nice, only issue I had was I message her about an issue and she never got back to me. Even after saying if there was any problems to contact her. But we sorted that out ourselves. She was nice enough to help us find local gyms and things around us that might be helpful. There was a bit of mould about the shower. As I stated can’t chill in the apartment and watch tv at night

It was very comfortable, you had mostly all the basics you needed

Lokalizacja idealna, wszędzie blisko. Tramwaj 28 pod domem. Metro pod domem. W zasięgu paru kroków duży sklep spożywczy. Blisko Alfama i punkty widokowe. Mieszkanie czyste, wygodne. Fajne okno balkonowe. Piętro drugie, bardzo strome schody. Dla osoby mniej sprawnej lub otyłej będą trudniejsze do pokonania. Sprzęty w bardzo dobrym stanie, lodówka, toster, mikrofalówka. Ogólnie polecam zwłaszcza w cieplejszym miesiącu.

Duża rozbieżność w metrażu mieszkania, w aplikacji podane 80 metrów a w rzeczywistości może zaledwie 40 metrów. To jest spora nieścisłość w opisie. Zepsuta roleta zasłaniająca okno, miała być naprawiona na drugi dzień, ale nikt nie naprawił. Zepsuty korkociąg do wina. Działający tylko jeden palnik w kuchence gazowej. Grzejniki są dwa, pewnie cały rok niepotrzebne, ale w lutym i w porze deszczowej niezbędny, ale w sypialni nie działał, a w pokoju działał, ale się wyłączał. W łazience przydałby się grzejnik, jakaś dmuchawa, zimno było bardzo.

The location was centric which I like most. However I did not want to have breakfast in staying Hotel.

A few drawer boxes were jammed, preventing us from using them as intended. The furniture, including the bed and table chairs, could have been arranged in a more stylish manner. Clothes hanging space was almost non-existent, save for the bathroom. A few locks were shaky and jammed. Around 10 am someone drilled outside the room, making it incredibly annoying and unbearable while I was asleep.
