Well mannered staff, Cleanliness, location (near all facilities, restaurants, gyms, banks and sea)

Its on the 14th floor which is colder than other typical floor in winter. Kettle for boiling water is not working.

الشقه قريبه نسبيا الي شاطي البحر.. وتقع على شارع يسهل التنقل من خلاله بالحافله والشقه مرتفعه في الدور ١٤ حيث يدخل الهواء بسهوله مالكه الشقه انسانه محترمه لكنها تحاول المساعده وهي بعيده عن الموقع مما قد لا يسمح بحل بعض المشاكل البسيطه في لحظتها وان يستلزم التصرف بشكل فردي وتحمل تبعاته

المطبخ واداوته يحتاج اعاده تاهيل. غرفه النوم تحتاج لمزيد من التنظيف من الغبار والعنايه بتغيير المروحه التي من حظي لم استخدمها بسبب اعتدال الطقس

The location of the flat is near to all amenities . Few minutes walk to the sea and down stairs loads of shops.

Needs air conditioning and furniture renovations however it’s value for money
