Mari&Emi flat in Corvin

Nice groundfloor flat in an old art nouveau building. Ferdinando was very nice and helpful, there was a beer and bottled water prepared for us in the fridge, also tee and coffee. Clean flat and bathroom, spacy rooms, comfortable bed.

The windows and doors were barred, probably for security reasons, but I don't feel comfortable being locked up like this.

The location of the apartment is very good - metro station, train stop and supermarkets (aldi, spar) are all within 5 mins of walk. The apartment was bigger than I expected, cozy and well equipped. The communication with the owner was good as well, we didn't meet in person but his instructions were clear and he was very kind and helpful. I highly doubt you could find something better in this price.

Très bel espace bien renové Volumineux Propriétaire réactif Belle décoration Smart TV 2 grands canapés confortables Les poêles et casseroles en très bon état (c’est rare) Très bien situé, près des transports et du centre. Des volets roulants aux fenêtres. Appartement calme, sur cour, loin de la rue. J’ai trouvé le rapport qualité prix excellent.

Quelques ustensiles de cuisines manquants Le lave-vaisselle ne lave pas très bien Quelques petits soucis matériels, mais vraiment mineurs.

Konum harika kendi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz.ev sahibi harika kapıda karşıladı bizi evi tanıttı. Evde ihtiyacınızı karşılayacak herşey var.

Çok önemli değil ama olsa iyi olurdu. televizyonda türkçe kanallar mevcut değil. İnternetten idare ettik. Kalan herşey güzeldi.

It was great! Only 1 minute walking distance from the Metro and a few minutes to the Express bus for tha Airport. Very convenient if you want to walk around, pretty close to city center ( around 20-25 min walking distance) . A lot of amenities provided like coffee ( Nespresso machine with capsules) tea, shampoo and shower gel 😀 The neighbourhood is very safe !! The owner was more than expected friendly and welcomedus with the most professional way ! Thank you !!
