The Club at New Seabury

The property is huge with two golf courses and lots of houses in different locations. They give you a map at the reception but it's easier to just use the GPS to find your house/cabin. The two bedroom , two bathroom apartment was really great and clean. We didn't have a problem but it's on two floors so if you can't manage stairs, be sure to let them know when you reserve.

One minor problem is that the house has a washer and dryer but no washing soap if you want to do laundry! They did offer to bring soap for the next morning however we wanted it that day.

Didn’t realize it would be so large with long drives, ad appeared to claim beachfront location.

This is not your typical short term location. We had a two bed townhouse on a golf course in a high end resort community for the price of a hotel room. A pass allowed us access to all facilities while the unit included the everyday necessities including housekeeping. Parking was just a few steps from the front door. Other units had garages. There was a washer/dryer in the unit, but we did not use it. We look forward to going back in the fall.

We really enjoyed the 2 level condo we rented. We were there for a wedding and it was lovely!

The only con (which isn’t the fault of the property) is the location is a bit far from other things in the area due to being a golf course itself. However, I want to emphasize it’s a beautiful property

Spacious condo in pristine condition in a quiet residential neighborhood. Central to everything in Mashpee.

We got a one bedroom cottage. It was very cute and clean. It was across from the pool that was closed. The staff was very nice.

Nothing was open. We almost left the first day. There was one pool and one restaurant open with a limited menu. The last night we were there the bar was closed because there was a prom. There was no place else to go on the property. There was a marketplace that will open today. The cafe at the pool was closed, everything was opening June 17th-18th. The pools and hot tub wasn't cleaned yet, they both needed to be vacuumed.
