Penthouse - Royal Banus

The terrace was lovely. A real show stopping spot. Valentino was amazing from start to finish and super helpful. Location was great. Facilities within the property were really good too, & the beds where to die for! Really secure property, lots of storage space especially for a group of ladies!

Unfortunately the ants were a little worse than anticipated, the toilets by the pool where out of use (but that is no reflection on the property, more of the facilities all round) translation error meant we thought transfers were included in the price (messages confirm this) and we was left feeling rather embarrassed when the taxi driver tried asking for money and got quite passive aggressive with us & we then had to spend a lot of time trying to arrange a transfer back to the airport. The front door was also a little difficult to lock / unlock.

Our host Valentino met us with the key and provided a great tour and very responsive over text messages and helpful. The villa was amazing, in a great location, comfortable and stylish. We would 100% book again.

The pictures are very accurate, the apartment is well looked after, spacious and clean. Valentino was super responsive, polite and helpful. We needed some more towels and were struggling to get the bbq working and he resolved both very quickly.

We just loved the upstairs terrace so much! The location was perfect, close enough to the town to walk or get an Uber

We struggled with ants but it can’t be helped and there were sprays to help

Beautiful penthouse. Rooftop is insane and massive. Valentino was a great host and tended to our every need.
