"This hotel is a crap!!!"

NOTHING!! I had a confirmed booking document of the hotel with me. I show the hardcopy of my booking. However, the hotel staff rudely denied my booking and asked me to leave the place. I was stunned and it was humiliating for me in the winter evening. I had to find another hotel to stay. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL! REQUESTING BOOKING.COM TO TAKE SOME STEP AGAINST THIS HOTEL!!
