I am writing to formally report a very poor experience during my recent stay. one of the worrst ecperience one. During my stay, I encountered multiple serious issues that made the accommodation uninhabitable: Air Conditioning Malfunction (Repeated Failures): At 11:50 p.m., the air conditioning suddenly stopped working and could not be turned back on. I contacted the hotel staff, who only provided simple troubleshooting steps, but the system resumed functioning again only at 12:20 a.m., without any clear explanation. At 1:40 a.m., the air conditioning stopped again and could not be restarted. I made more than six calls, including international and WhatsApp calls, but no one answered. Any one interested, i can send you photo or video as provement. No Response from Hotel Customer Service: Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to reach any staff for assistance. It is unacceptable that no one was available at night when guests may face emergencies. Poor Room Ventilation and Unlivable Conditions: The room had no proper windows or ventilation, and without air conditioning, it quickly became extremely hot and stuffy — essentially like a sauna. It was impossible to stay in the room, and I was forced to leave the property in the middle of the night. Because of these circumstances, I am requesting the following resolution: A 60% refund for the first night (I could only stay for half the night, had to make international calls, and find another place to stay). Full cancellation of the second night without any charge, as the hotel could not guarantee the air conditioning would be repaired or that customer service would be reachable overnight. The property claimed that the issue was due to a “power shortage,” but this explanation is not convincing, as other hotels on the same street — including several where my friends stayed — had no such problem that night. Furthermore, the hotel failed to provide any alternative solution or compensation during the incident.

The location was fantastic! It was also really lovely to have both AC and a ceiling fan.

The room was a little small and the sound travelled quite a bit through the accommodation. We struggled at first unlocking the door with the code, but realised we needed to press the 2 numbers that had appeared on the display at the same time to unlock the panel.

Everything was modern and very clean, the location was great. The beds were very comfortable and the shared kitchen area was well equipped and clean with drinking water provided. The pool was nice to cool down but small in size.

The deluxe room was quite small with the two double beds so there wasn't much room for our luggage or to sit at the desk. The bathroom was also quite small though very modern.
