European Apartment - Town Center Self Check-in

Great place to stay. We like the place so much that we have decided to spend there another night during out stay. The idea of self check-in is very convinient for late arrivals. Again the apartment was clean and the host was very helpful. It was nice to get the welcome suprise.

I understand the need of automation and I know apartment rental is a business like any other. What I totally do not understand and do not accept as a guest, is the forced handover of the duties that are up to the host straight to the customer. I know that Italian law requires extensive guests record, but it is totally not ok to transfer the check-in duties to the guests. I spent 30 (!) minutes altogether, browsing the most unfriendly and unresponsive self check-in web app on my mobile in roaming, shuffling our passports to enter all possible data of all 4 guests in our group, including 3 photos for each and including 3 retries, because the faulty service or connectivity problems caused the form to reset. And then I waited for the host to approve the data entered. All that at the end of a tiring day, with my 3 mates walking around and waiting desperately to get access to the apartment while I was spending my sexy 30 minutes playing with the phone. Lovely... I am the guest, spending my holiday time to experience the city. Spending half an hour of that time just to get the keys to the apartment using a hopeless site "for my convenience" because my host doesn't bother to do this job himself - is just a taunt on hospitality

The apartament is really great. Everything seems to be new, the place was very clean and comfortable. It also has two bathrooms what was a nice suprise for us- every room could has its own. It's located about few minutes walk from the seaside and 15 minutes walk from the main station. Contact with the host was easy and fast, he is a really nice person. I definitely recommend European Apartment, I would love to come back there one day.

Location is not in the stricte center, but we knew that before- at least it's not crowded and loud in the area.

Two big rooms With complete staff in kitchen with washing clothes machin you will feel like in your home absolutely I will come again
