location was good

Surprised that owner who seemed to live upstairs and was outside when we arrived only grunted at us - possibly hello? Also no welcome pack of information. Only place without that and we travel a lot. A number of items need improved ( only big beer glasses - nothing for juice or wine and only large plates.) Some cleaning needs improved eg pot with burned on food, food debris in cutlery drawer and extractor fan above hob dirty. There were still items of owner's clothing in bedroom drawers. Bar stools pretty uncomfortable. Probably worst thing was the disregard for our right to sleep. There appeared to be little or no soundproofing between floors and owners grown up children started clumping backwards and forwards, forwards and backwards constantly from 7 am till after 8.15am. I did ask - very politely - if the noise could be moderated but to no avail. Since I am pretty deaf I feel most visitors would also be well aware of it. One day there was an all day yard party with lots of friends, music,, noise and BBQ smoke/ smell invading a bedroom till 10pm.

Very nice apartment, small but cozy and with everything we needed. 20 Minute walk to the beach. Lovely landlady. 😊

We could hear the footsteps of the family upstairs.

"Nice place would stay again"

Nice Place. Great Neighborhood.

Cleaning fee is high. I leave the place as when I came in. Beading floors bathroom and dusting need to be done. One person for TWO HOURS for the job. We never had cleaning fee until Covid came around.

"A lovely place to stay in Naples!"

Well proportioned apartment with spacious rooms and good facilities. It felt safe and secure, parking was easy and it’s a lovely calm, quiet neighbourhood, but still with lots of things to do nearby. Comfortable beds, good shower (we appreciated having two sinks in the shared bathroom) and a well-equipped kitchen. We felt really relaxed, enjoyed our time in the apartment and slept really well. Highly recommend.
