Quiet, spacious comfortable place, perfect for our group

The house matched the description in the listing and was generally comfortable and tidy. Appreciated the host leaving the cut flowers in the flower vase. The small garden at the back was nice as well.

The bed frames and mattresses were very basic; can be upgraded for comfort, I would have been happy to pay a little extra for these. Some additional items in Kitchen along with some cleaning aids would be helpful. A small pack of long life milk is generally expected in the fridge on check-in; it was disappointing to not have it and having to rush to the shops to get it after a long drive.

Great location, Close to shops, city centre.

On a secluded back block, very quiet. Spacious and well kept it was very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and could use a few odds and ends like measuring cups and measuring spoons, an extra oven mitt or two, paper towels, and perhaps some small appliances like an electric hand mixer, blender, rice cooker etc. The fenced garden is lovely and the flowers are beautiful. Genuinely a very nice and comfortable place to stay.

Can’t think of anything to detract from this property. Sadly, it wasn’t available on a future date that we needed.

Location and price great. Easy instructions for entry and exit (key box). Relaxing, private and quiet garden setting.

Minimal kitchen utensils. Furniture and beds could be upgraded for comfort.

Well located close to Northlands Mall. Good communication.

Lack of bath towels and only 1 tea towel to dry dishes.
