Khuôn viên rộng

Tôi đặt 9 phòng trong đó 3 phòng gia đình, 5 phòng giường đôi và 1 phòng 2 giường đơn nhưng nhận đc là 2 phòng gia đình và 7 phòng 2 giường đơn. Trong khi phòng 2 giường đơn giá rẻ hơn. Nhận 9 phòng thì lúc nhận xong 6 phòng mất nước, 30p sau có nước lại nhưng nước cực bẩn. Phòng ko set đủ đồ, thậm chí thiếu cả đồ vệ sinh cá nhân Gọi số lễ tân rất nhiều lần nhưng ko ai bắt máy
