Big Fish Resort Koh Tao

Deutsch: Ich war schon zum 2.Mal hier für 1 Woche. Leider muss ich sagen, das es sehr schade ist, das diese schöne Unterkunft von so unfreundlichen Besitzern gerührt wird. Hier geht es nur um das Geld und nicht um die Besucher. Ganz untypisch für Thailand. Mutter und Tochter sind einfach furchtbar. Das spürt man auch bei den Mitarbeitern. Das Personal im Restaurant ist jedoch entzückend! Leider habe ich fast jeden Tag beobachtet, dass der Mist, der am Strand gesammelt und zusammengeführt wird, direkt dort, vor dem Restaurant in einem großen Loch vergraben wird. Wir reden da von Glas, Plastik, Seilen, Netzen und Blättern, alles was so angeschwemmt wird. Es war ein schlimmer Anblick. Alles in allem, eine solide Unterkunft zu einen guten Preis. Ich würde unbedingt nach einen Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und weit weg von der Straße Fragen. Zimmer Service gibt es nur auf Anfrage, auch WC Papier und frische Handtücher. Also Service darf man sich nicht erwarten. Außerdem ist dort gerade Baustelle (schon seit 1 Jahr) und es ist unangenehm laut den ganzen Tag. English: This was my second stay here, again for one week. Unfortunately, I have to say that it is a real shame that such a beautiful property is run by such unfriendly owners. It feels like everything is about the money rather than the guests, which is very untypical for Thailand. The mother and daughter who own the place are simply awful. You can sense the negative atmosphere among the staff as well. The restaurant staff, however, are absolutely lovely! Unfortunately, I observed almost every day that the trash collected from the beach was being buried directly in front of the restaurant in a large pit. I'm talking about glass, plastic, ropes, fishing nets, leaves—basically everything that washes ashore. It was quite disturbing to see. All in all, it is a decent accommodation at a good price. I would strongly recommend asking for a room with air conditioning and one that is far away from the road.

海に面しており、波の音が心地よい。海岸は砂浜で木陰があり快適に過ごせます。 タイ料理レストランが西隣にあり、おいしくいただきました。麺類、チャーハン、フルーツの盛り合わせがおいしかった。セブンイレブンが徒歩圏内にあります。

部屋の電灯が暗い。レストランはありません。隣接してレストランはありますが、味がなじめなかった。 テーブルはありますが椅子がありません。文書作成やパソコン操作に難あり。

โรงแรม LOCATION ดี ไม่ได้วุ่นวายเหมาะกับคนที่ชอบควาทส่วนตัว แต่ก็ยังใกล้กับ ร้านอาหาร และ สถานที่ต่างๆ มีร้านเช้ามอไซตรงข้าม คาเฟ่ ร้านอาหารที่ดีๆ ก็อยุ่ในระแวกที่เดินได้ ที่สำคัญ น้ำแรงมาก อาบน้ำหลังจากกลับมาจากทะเล คือ สบายใช้ได้

The location is very nice, it's great to have a beach that is beautiful and many restaurants nearby. They let us early check in after we arrived by the night ferry

It just isn't a reasort, it's a beach hotel: They do not provide bed sheets if you take a fan room, they assume the decorative strip is what you will use to sleep. So we asked for a blanket, and they gave us just duvet Water pressure is very bad, 20mins to wash our hair (thin and short hair) Zero facilities, that's why its not a resort: No Beach towel, no Beach shower, the restaurant closes at 6pm and is always empty, no soap, only small shampoo, we only had to use the bar soap from the hand sink to shower There are no real sunbeds only wooden ones that are uncomfortable and non-adjustable (cannot lie down and so hard) Even for the price it is not necessarily worth it because the next day we paid only 300 THB more and it is a fancy resort with AC and many facilities. The only good thing about this place is that the location is good.

Habitación muy amplia, pero muy calurosa. Terraza muy grande. Todo estaba limpio. Las vistas a la playa son geniales

Se echan de menos más armarios y colgadores en la habitación y en el baño. Las escaleras son muy altas e incómodas para subir con maletas. La playa estaba sucia, mucha basura.

Excellent family hotel, right next tithe beach, dive shops, restaurants and bars. The restaurants are more pricy sonwe walked to the local shops and Thai kitchens which were cheap and delicious. We used the taxis to get around. We found food and transport cheaper than in Koh Phangan. Hightly recommended for families
