"Read the fine print!"

Quiet clean comfortable

10 emails about my stay. Challenging to wade through all the fine print to find the specifics details of where the loft is located in the back alley. And read the fine print in another email to find the door code. And read another email asking me to sign a 10 page agreement. Zero customer service and calls went to an answering machine for zero response for checkin assistance

"Perfect getaway"

Beautiful old building, excellent location and quiet. Beds are very comfortable and the space is clean.

Directions to access the back of the house should be clearer.
