"What sea view,??"

The flat was comfortable and well appointed.

The view of a building site filling most of the principal window. The notion that we could enjoy a 'sea view' is stretching the definition.. there are plenty of properties in Porth at a similar price band with actual and uninterupted views of Porth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. 1-4 Ebbtide are not one of them.
