Spacious & Modern Studio in Central Nottingham

Great location. Nice and comfy ambience. Clean.

Washing machine and cooking hood wasn't working. The flight of stairs to the upper floors was tiring.

I was not given access to the actual building. Broken furniture, mold in bathroom. I tried to cancel the booking but I couldn't reach anyone except the cleaner. Still in the process of getting a refund.

The linen was all clean and it was indeed spacious

Things were falling apart, the blinds had pieces missing so couldn’t close properly, the seal on the window was broken so the noise from the traffic was loud at night, there were very mistreated pans that needed replaced long before my stay, not a single knife was sharp by domestic standards nor were they clean. The light in the bedroom didn’t work and the light over the hob didn’t work. There were no markings on the oven dials so it was all guesswork. There was no cloth, bin bag, or toiletries until prompted, by which time I had already had to buy shampoo. They finally gave me a new pan on the penultimate day of my 6 night stay and they assured me that they already knew about the damages and state of the property so I was not to worry about my £100 damage deposit. The dishwasher, though not included as a facility in the listing had stagnant water in it and of course, did not work. When I arrived at the property I was given the code to get into the key box for the apartment, which was actually inside the building. I was not able to get into he building until someone else came out. No one met me. They attempted to ignore all the messages I sent that related to complaint, but vague responses were eventually given, saying that they just need some time to resolve the issues. - I don’t think they had any intention, just wanted me to stay for the remainder of my trip and on to the next unlucky guest. I do believe they rely on their guests being too young and inexperienced to complain or of stereotypical student attitude that would abuse the place as they saw it in the first place.

Plenty of space, location close to the city centre, excellent communication and assistance from the apartment owners.
