Páčila sa mi lokalita. Blízkosť do centra mesta. Parkovanie super. Výhoda, že sa dalo presunúť z garáže k výťahu tkzv. suchou nohou.

Chýbal mi tam kávovar. Mne osobne vadilo umiestnenie sedacej súpravy / neskôr lôžko/ , ktorá je umiestnená na zlej strane. Spanie je nohami ku dverám alebo k veľkému oknu, kde sa nedali celkom zatiahnuť závesy. V kúpeľni sa uvoľnila a spadla sprchová hlavica.
