Excellent breakfast Very accommodating owner

Excellent views from the bedroom window, delicious breakfast, very clean and modern room.

The owner was very relaxed and friendly and provided up to date messaging about my room. There are lovely views from the accommodation and it was spotless. The cooked breakfast was massive and the cost was very reasonable.

We stayed at Ardvane B&B in Pitlochry for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. This cosy guesthouse offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to the very friendly owner who made us feel at home right away. Our room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a relaxing, peaceful ambiance. The central location made it easy to explore Pitlochry on foot, and parking was convenient. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and set us up perfectly for the day. The host was kind and helpful, offering great suggestions for things to do and see in and around Pitlochry. A lovely place to stay — highly recommended!
