Lovely property, delicious made to order breakfast and exceptional service. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well maintained. All in all, a great property which we would love to return to.

We stayed in the snug, it was lovely and cosey, perfect for location and over all met our expectations, The staff were so lovely and having breakfast with a view was an added bonus

Great location. Just a short walk to the township & highlights of Pitlochry. The breakfast included was a bonus (just remember to ask for your bacon to be "well cooked" as it was hardly cooked at all). Poached eggs were excellent, tho! The room was very clean, comfortable & spacious & cosy n warm but the mattress was on the saggy & unsupportive side (maybe a bit old?) but fine for our one night stay. Love the view from the back balcony!

The mattress was uncomfortable & bacon was uncooked... but excellent otherwise!

Corin was an excellent host, could not do enough for us or the other guests, breakfast set us up for the whole day - we needed nothing to eat before dinnertime. The room was above and beyond what we expected, absolutely spotless, great layout and facilities - would not hesitate to book again.

There wasn't anything to dislike.
