location was great, close to train station that is why I booked it

It was my mistake when booking. I thought I was booking into a hotel not an airbnb and wasn't aware until I got to the property and couldn't get in. When I did get in the room hadn't been cleaned.

A comunicação ocorreu bem. Precisamos de ferro de passar roupa, que não tinha na acomodação, solicitamos e eles enviaram para nós.

Chegamos no apto e a maquina de lavar louça estava carregada, mas não havia sido lavada a louça. Não tinha sabão róprio para lavar. Não tem estacionamento. O carro fica nas vagas da rua que são pagas durante o dia.
