Spacious clean and beautiful decorated room. Excellent breakfast witch was adjusted to our vegan diet request. Possible to do your laundry. Close to baisha beach, it was the most beautiful accessible beach in kenting. Offer service to eat in their restaurant in their other accomodation.

No restaurants nearby: difficult if u have no own transportation. The bicycles are a bit old and not suitable for touring kenting/long distances.

The room and bathroom were very spacious! The shower and water pressure very good. There's a laundry machine that can be used for free, including detergent. It's a very quiet place away from any traffic noise. Staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful.

There is a cat climbing structure right at the entrance of the building. Since there is always cat food sitting there, the smell was unpleasant to walk by. In general the place could be taken care of a bit more (dead insects, leaves etc. lying around, smaller moldy spots in bathroom). Overall a good place though.

Beautiful, big clean comfortable room with a balcony to enjoy sunset. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very sumptuous.

No eateries or convenient stores within walking distance. No in-house restaurant. But they provide transport to the restaurant located in their related hotel nearby.

Large, well designed rooms. Nice setting in the nature with sea view. Free bicycles. Close to Baishawan beach.

Location is fantastic, get the ocean veiw room and once the summer is over the patio is perfect for sunset drinks. The use of the wood, and the size of the room and bathroom is better than the other properties in the area. Staff very nice .

No western breakfast whatsoever. Honestly a western breakfast is very easy to offer; eggs, bacon, toast, yet for some reason they do not. Its obivious they have a kitchen, however they offer nothing but a morning breakfast and that's it. This BnB is in a remote part of the area and it would be good if they offered some basic room service items and a dinner service. They would make good money on that. The staff was very nice but it seemed that they were stretched. I know the BnB cannot control this but the neighbor is building a house and even on Sunday he had the backhoe out there. It absolutely destroyed the feeling of the place. Not sure how long that will go on.

I love the spacious space and the sea view from the window. What I love most is the wooden furnishings all over the hotel.

It is located in the middle of nowhere, not convenient to travel around if you don’t have your own car.
