"Very nice stay in a beautiful Abbey"

The Abbey is stunning! Lovely flat with 2 rooms (2 bathrooms) well equipped. The shared pool was really nice to enjoy after a day exploring. Restaurants in walking distance. We tested the Boathouse and it was really good.

Lots of stairs (the apartment is on the second floor and the rooms are upstairs in the apartment) The heavy doors inside the building and the flat were a bit annoying.

Die historische Anlage hat einen schönen Park, ausreichend Parkplätze, einen Billiard-Raum, ein Schwimmbad sowie ein Fitnesscenter, etc. . Schöner Blick vom dazugehörigen Restaurant auf den Loch Ness. Restaurant war gut, Service sehr freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man für einen ungezwungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich geräumig. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Die Küche (Kühlschrank, Arbeitsplatte und Rollwagen) war klebrig und hatte insgesamt einen üblen Geruch.

"Restful Abbey and grounds in a superb location"

The Abbey has kept its original Architecture as far as possible, a very restful space. The apartment was very well appointed. The grounds and location on the Loch Ness shoreline were superb, also an easy walk into Fort Augustus.

"Comfortable apartment in a unique, beautiful complex"

Super unique property with lots of history and stunning grounds and facilities. Management was lovely and showed us around, making us feel very welcome. Check in and out was easy and the apartment itself was lovely and comfortable.

Nothing for us personally. It would not be suitable for someone with heavy luggage or mobility issues as it requires lots of stairs.
