Очень грязно , апартаменты требуют ремонта, диван очень грязный , на лопастях вентилятора многолетняя пыль, фен треснутый и не безопасный , посуда была грязной пришлось перемывать, с душем тоже нужно быть осторожным он пробивает током. Мы сообщили об этом в первый день заселения, нам ответили быстро что на следующий день прийдет мастер, но до конца нашего пребывания следующие 4 дня никто не пришел. Шум : очень шумно и это шум не от представлений на площади , а от уборок в ближайших ресторанах , мусоровозов по утра который забирает стекло. Это эпический шум. И так как кондиционера нет , закрыть окна тоже нельзя что бы хоть как то снизить уровень шума. Итог цена на апартаменты сильно завышена , вида на озеро как такого нет , только на горы и на площадь. Балкон очень узкий.

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf dem See, und den Platz. Es sind 2 Zimmer mit 4 Schlafgelegenheiten. Auch eine komplette Küche ist vorhanden. Geschäfte ,Gaststätten sind vor der Haustür, der Bootsanleger ist in der Nähe. Ich bin spät angereist, das war kein Problem, im Gegenteil ich durfte das Zimmer bis 14Uhr am kommenden Tag nutzen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm.

Mahtava sijainti, parvekkeen alla avautuvalla aukiolla oli katusoittajia joka päivä. Niitä oli mukava kuunnella.

Wonderful location looking over main piazza by historic port, where it's all happening. Loads of cafes and restaurants, with all main attractions nearby. Perfect for watching the world go by and feeling the buzz of the town.

The square is busy and there are licensed buskers, so be prepared for a bit of noise from time to time. Music stops by 10.00pm. Two flights of stairs.

Fantastic location , with the balcony overlooking the main town square.. plenty of room in the apartment. The host provided all information needed , even sending locations of free parking spaces . Highly recommended.

Not long enough stay

Location, convenience, clean inside and comfortable. Precise instructions for entrance, parking and waste disposal made all this easy.

Washing machine which needs maintenance as very noisy on spin cycle. Lack of washing powder - forced to buy 1 kg of powder to use just 1 tablespoon for 1 wash! Front door lock of the apartment difficult to unlock and became progressively worse with use until it didn't function at all the night before we left and we were forced to leave the apartment unlocked which was a security issue which could not be attended to due to timing. Pigeon shit and feathers on the balcony from roosting birds above made that area impossible to use and enjoy. The shower recess was incredibly small.

Great location in a lovely town. This is the second year we have stayed and the apartment is starting to look a little tired and could do with some updating and it wasn’t very clean. However the facilities are good, and the check in/check out was very easy.

Beautiful apartment, great location

When we were leaving we were asked to dispose of our garbage at the local garbage site, which was down 2 flights of stairs and 500m walk away, and back again, to return the swipe card used to access the bins. I’m aware this is not a serviced apartment, but a step too far I think.
