1. The location is away from the general touristy areas of Kasol with great access to trekking routes 2. The property manger, staff, and dogs are super friendly

Getting to the place is quite tricky, while I'm completely okay with offbeat access routes, the host did not bother calling/informing me about how to get to the place once the booking was made - I was lucky enough to have met a couple of locals who knew where the place was, otherwise I would've definitely gotten lost (especially if you're reaching there post sundown) 2. The general vibe of the place seemed a bit run down - it could be a function of me visiting during the off-season 3. When it comes to attention to guests, I'd rate it at the lower end of the spectrum - I cut my stay short

The property is located on a very prime spot where the owner is very friendly and that is the only reason you can hop in here

The staff, Chaman Bhai, Shubham (Chotu), Aditya and Sheetal. Amazing hosts. Amazing place. The views are surreal. I recommend it 11/10. The trek to it, the views - Beyond Imagination.

No power backup for separate rooms, so was a bit of a hassle as I was working from this place. But I'm sure Aditya will take care of this next time I'm there. During my stay, Aditya helped with everything I needed and also charged my laptop in his room while the light was unavailable in my room. It's a great place altogether.
