Une des chambres donne sur une cours non entretenue dommage c est le seul point négatif

L'appartement a beaucoup de cachet, très bien situé, à 2 pas du centre historique de Palerme. Très propre. Parking situé à 80 mètres du logement. La terrasse est agréable. Le propriétaire était joignable facilement.

Pas de clim dans les chambres, uniquement dans le salon. Ventilateurs fournis dans les chambres mais en été, les nuits sont très chaudes... Douches un peu vétustes, une des portes de la douche du bas se fermait mal. Cuisine très mal équipée : pas de café, pas de liquide vaisselle, très peu de vaisselle fournie, pas de prise sur le plan de travail, pas de hotte, pas de torchon Pas de machine à laver Pas de parasol pour la terrasse Planche à repasser sans fer à repasser inclus dans l'appartement...

В спальнях нет кондиционеров, только вентиляторы и очень жарко. Внизу в доме расположено кафе, в котором гуляют до 4 утра посетители и невозможно спать. Очень громко.

Great location near the pedestrian area and within walking distance of many of the main attractions. Smart and secure building. Quite a pretty flat. Okay for a couple of nights.

No airco in the bedrooms, very hot at night with just a noisy fan. No dishwasher or washing machine.

Situated in the center and ideal to explore wonderful Palermo! It is a lovely appartement with a roof terrace and very clean and friendly . And loved the movie bar downstairs , would definitely go there. And the appartement is good value for the money.

It needs some updates , it was very warm in the bedrooms though they have a good ventilator and upstairs had an airco which is good. And the showers could use an update .

The location is just perfect. Very nice bedrooms.

Not the properties fault and it was in an ideal central location but there was noise from the nearby club at night.

Really great location in the historic center of Palermo. Spacious apartment on two floors. The hosts, Roberto and Nizar, are particularly friendly, helpful and communicative, which we really appreciated. The club below the apartment is also highly recommended. One of the few in Palermo with good live music and a lively atmosphere from 10 pm until late at night. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. The apartment in this location is really recommendable.

Light sleepers are advised to use earplugs, as the club is located underneath the apartment and the garbage truck empties the glass containers from 5:30 in the morning.
