The communication with the host was poor. There was no hot water, so I reached out to the host about the issue. Unfortunately, they didn’t respond at all.

The location.

The heat was not working and we did not have any hot water. The place was dusty and full of dirt marks on the walls. The owner was not willing to help to fix the boiler and heating issue, mocking us on video call with his friends for being "weak women". Even the neighbors (a man and woman) were unsuccessful in helping us, the owner kept saying they/we should be able to do it (turn some valve on, the valve was sealed shut and could not be turned even with pliers. Also one room has no privacy, has an opening/entrance but no doors so be aware of that. One room has an AC unit but the display on the remote is broken so you actually have no idea on what mode is it on or what temperature. There is also a coffee machine but they do not provide pods for it. All in all a true disaster of a weekend. Prefect for somebody who likes taking freezing showers and loves the cold, we do not.

A Zágrábi Advent rendezvényeire érkeztünk. A "vásár" helyszineitől pár száz méterre található a szálláshely, gyalogosan könnyedén elérhetők a főbb látnivalók (pl Lotrscak torony) is. Jól felszerelt szálláshely tágas szobákkal és kényelmes ágyakkal, igényesen berendezve. Patyolat-tisztaság és kellemes meleg fogadott bennünket. A kulcsok a kapu melletti miniszéfben voltak. A kódot és szükséges információkat időben megkaptuk. Egy mikro lendítene az egyébként is magas színvonalon. Csak ajánlani lehet a szállást.

卫生间太小，洗浴还是浴缸，上下危险？

I like Amin's house. However, I think it would be better if a detail istruction how to use heater was provided/printing since we can't stand the cold. We stay without heater that night because cannot understand the istruction given in message. Thank you

Two big bedrooms, good location, parking nearby

Location . Spacious bedrooms.

One toilet. No coffee capsuls

Хорошее расположение, большая квартира много места.

Были проблемы с горячей водой.
