Great place, very clean and nice. Perfect location.

The walls were all scuffed throughout from visitors and furniture (assuming). As well the walls where the light switches were located and the doors where visitors pull and shut closed had not been wiped down in a while. For advertising ‘luxury’ I do not expect to find dirt around heavy traffic areas from not being cleaned after every customer. And the scuffs on the wall should be touched up as they appear. I did contact the property the morning after with the discovery but did not hear back from them. We loved the location, the furnishings were nice and plenty of storage for clothes. As well they had things for the beach - chairs, umbrella, toys, balls, etc. They could use blankets for relaxing on the couch, hand towels for drying hands/dishes, maybe a mat by the door to wipe feet off. Bel immeuble luxueux sur la magnifique plage de Miami Beach. Deux piscines assez grandes. Appartement tout confort avec vue sur la mer et sur Miami. Cuisine bien équipée.

La troisième chambre avec un lit simple n'a pas de fenêtre, sans doute un dressing converti. Aucun contact avec l'hôte à part des e-mails génériques. Quartier peu animé mais on peut rejoindre tout Miami Beach grâce aux navettes gratuites (appelées Trolley)

The adult pool was very nice.

The elevator was slow.

Decent beachside property within apartment hotel complex. Good location in mid Miami Beach. Nice sideways ocean and city views. Balcony. Landlord was considerate with early check in.

1. Very expensive (double the usual rate) during Art Basel weekend - even though we were not in town for that. 2. Pool nice, but with loud music blaring from the bar most of the day. 3. All windows are south-facing, looking out to the renovation in the hotel next door and with hot sun shining through all day (although the side view to the east and west was nice). 4. Could be better soundproofed - some street noise from Collins Ave at night. 5. Expensive valet parking ($40 / night) for which there is no practical alternative. 6. Maintenance lacking: A) Reported very noisy A/C and bathroom exhaust fan in advance, but these were not fixed despite promises to do so. The fan filters/covers were also filthy. B) A shade broke and was reported immediately, but never fixed. C) Broken armchair which should have been replaced before we arrived.

Location was great! Nice and convenient with a great pool area that’s extremely close to the beach.

Pricey valet service but that expected of Miami.
