Premium apartments - the star of Alliance Palace

Gia was an extremely good host! He picked me up at the airport on the arrival day and delivered to the railway station on the day of departure. We stayed for 10 days, and housekeeping came twice, changing linens and towels. The location of the place is very central, a few hundred meters from the restaurants street away. Generally, there are good elevators for such a tall building- uncomparable to Orbi. Our apartment was on the floor 34 with a great view.

Not optimal soundproofing.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The room was spacious and spotless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was outstanding. I couldn’t be more satisfied—highly recommended

Остались очень довольны своим выбором. Расположение удобное, рядом пляж, в шаговой доступности магазины. Шумоизоляция на высшем уровне, никакой шум города не слышен в номере. В номере было чисто, стильно. Вид изумительный, 34 этаж, море город, горы.. Лифт доезжал моментально. Очень было комфортно общаться с владельцем Эдуардом по всем вопросам. Советую однозначно

получить ключи было немного трудновато, но в конце концов мы получили.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this place deserves a warning label. Alliance Palace Batumi was a complete disaster from the moment I arrived. The room was absolutely filthy – dust everywhere, stained sheets, and a horrible smell that just wouldn't go away. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, with mold in the shower and a clogged sink. The staff were either completely absent or totally uninterested in helping. When I reported the issues, I was met with eye rolls and excuses. No solutions, no service, nothing. Don’t waste your time or money here. There are far better options in Batumi. I regret not reading more honest reviews before booking. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The apartment was luxurious and nicely furnished. The heating worked perfectly and the bathroom had sufficient immensities including a bidet! The location is perfect since there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby and taxis are readily available.
