L'emplacement et le personnel.

Le petit déjeuner était à la demande donc parfois un peu d'attente le matin quand tout le monde veut prendre le petit déjeuner à la même heure. Mais au moins cela évite les gaspillages qu'on peut voir quand le petit déjeuner est en buffet libre service.
