Security and Safety: Guests must not share building entry codes or access instructions with third parties. Any breach of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Check-Out Policy: Standard check-out time is 10:00am. Unapproved late check-outs may result in a penalty fee. Blocking entry (e.g. by attaching a chain or other mechanism) to prevent cleaning access after check-out is prohibited and will incur a fine. No Commercial Activity: The use of the property for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to sex work, is strictly prohibited. Breach of this clause will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of payment, and possible police involvement. Key and Access Responsibility: Guests are responsible for returning all keys to the designated location. A £50 replacement fee applies to lost keys. Please note that any damage to the property must be reported promptly. If the guest is found to be at fault for the damages, a charge will be applied to their chosen payment method.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
