"Pleasant but basic"

The accommodation is the whole top floor of the owner’s home comprising two double rooms off a shared kitchen plus an outdoor terrace with additional external shower room. We had the place to ourselves which was fine but I wouldn’t really fancy being there if the other room was also let. Our room was very bright and airy and had an en-suite toilet/shower room. The accommodation is basic but the host, Rose, has thought to provide just about everything you will need, except toiletries. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Location is central in Sagada, a 10 minute downhill walk from the bus station. Rose was a friendly host and sourced us a tuk-tuk back to the bus station on our departure.

"Great location"

Great location, right near the centre of town and tour operators. Good view of the town and surrounding mountains from the windows.

A Fan in each room rather then one between rooms would have been good. I came back one night at 7:30pm and the main gate had been locked already leaving me locked outside. I had to call the property manager via WhatsApp to be let back in.

Greta Location, offered parking nearby and they let us use the facilities after checkout to change quickly following the cave tour. Would come again

Cannot complain for the price but toilet was broken (being fixed now) and as in many places in the area, there is no sink in the bathroom (we however had a communal kitchen area in front of the room that we could use).

Very accessible location. Walking distance to a lot of shops, restos, the market, etc. Safe neighborhood. Has a complete kitchen with water heater, rice cooker, gas stove and pans and utensils. We were able to cook several meals and brew our own coffee during our stay. 😊 Very clean property and cozy ambiance. Bathroom has a heater as well. Another outdoor bathroom to do laundry and has an outdoor clothesline.
